If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receiving the product and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. Due to the nature of our products, for any product to be eligible for a return, the packaging must be unopened and the seal cannot be broken in any way. Please email us at info@420BrewStreet.com to notify us of your intent to return the product(s). 420 Brew Street is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of the product(s). Once we receive your return, the product(s) will be examined to make sure they are sealed and not tampered with. The return will then be processed. You will be notified by email and refunded the original amount you paid. Please allow 7-10 business days for all returns.

If for any reason you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. If you do not cancel your order within 6 hours, the order will be considered a return and you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product(s) purchased.
